The glass jar is very heavy. The blender was struggling to make watermelon juice. So ice crushing is out of the questionExcellent piece of equipment ,please provide information on replacement parts for this modelBlender humming along nicely, despite accidentally falling off the counter once.The owner has had it for more than a year.Nothing but good reports...UPDATE: December 2019.Blender still keeping owner happy.Doesn't crush ice as well as I thought.
