I installed this about a year ago and it went in easily. My plumber recommended this pump for my cabin system, and it worked great. The pump did fail, which after having many discussions, is a rarity for these units, but like anything, you can get a bad one. The impressive thing was how the seller handled my warranty issue. No runaround, they worked with the manufacturer Zoeller to help me determine what happened and the best course of action to remedy it. Took a few days and a few emails but they took care of me and my problem. This was worth every penny spent - to have not only a good seller, but one that takes care of the customer when an issue arises. Don't find this often with some Amazon sellers. Highly recommend this Amazon Seller.
