If you are looking to avoid an arm workout for having to set up a big grinder for one cut, this is a terrific option. Is it noisy? Sure, a little, is it slow? I can still grind my beans in less time than it takes to heat the water for my pour-over or AeroPress so fast enough. Does it hold a charge, absolutely, Depending on the grind size, you are looking at 5-10 cups of coffee on a charge. I am buying another to put in by travel bag.
