You can also use this mighty pump in greenhouses to keep drains clear of post-harvest processing debris. This grinder pump features a cutting mechanism with superior grinding capabilities. The 16G-F231-20 delivers 52 GPM, is equipped with a 1-1/4-inch FNPT discharge and comes with a 2-inch FNPT adapter. This 230 volt pump comes with an easily replaceable 20-ft. power cord that is sealed at the connection point for unit protection against water. A 230 volt plug is included (note: 230 volt plugs do not fit standard 115 volt outlets). Non-skid adjustable legs help make installation easier. Our patented cutting system has 27 stationary blades and eight rotating blades producing 3450 RPM and an incredible 745,200 cuts per minute. This pump comes with a piggy-back tethered float switch which starts the pump when the liquid reaches 17.52 inches and shuts off the pump when the liquid falls to 10.43 inches.
