More coarse than Morton Kosher Salt (which has a duller appearance like it was crushed).Not as coarse as Maldon Salt (which is shiny Crystalline flakes).This Manischewitz salt is in between the two mentioned above. It has some shiny whole flakes and some duller smaller particles. It is a very nice salt.If you want any of these to stick to buttered corn on the cob, you will need to reduce the grain size by grinding in a mortar and pestle, otherwise most of the larger particles will roll off.
