I live in 500 square feet. Anything that makes it to the countertop is really useful. This grater is exactly that. I was going to get a rotary shredder, the kind that waitresses hold in their hands and grate cheese over your plate with, but I couldn’t find one that I liked. Instead, I found this. it’s actually worth the counter space. It has three different kinds of blades and shreds right into a bowl. It snaps together with clever little buttons. Every piece can be washed in the dishwasher. It’s a cinch. The suction cup base is incredibly strong. I moved my blender to an upper cabinet and gave the space to my new shredder. I have used it every day since I got it!
