This came with 2 batteries, first one out of the box I was grinding for 20 mins and still seemed to have a good charge. I wouldn't have great expectations for this working for a serious tradesman but I'm very happy with the price and will do just what I need for simple cutting without AC power.I thought it was a bargain compared to most other offers on Amazon.I have seen many reviews saying it has a cheep case. Seriously,....of course it does the whole thing was under $60.00. Grinder,charger, 2-batteries, a couple of cut-off and grinding wheels, some cheap safety glasses and some funny spark arresting gloves.
