Bought July 2022: I looove this grinder. Easy to use and grinds evenly. I use it 4-5 times a day and only charge the battery once a week. The cleaning can be a bit of a challenge when the herb is sticky, so I brush (included) after EVERY use. Once a week I use a qtip with rubbing alcohol to clean off the metal “button” and sides where you screw it into the jar. I use a cotton ball with a little rubbing alcohol to wipe down the mouth of the jar. I actually had 3 friends buy this grinder because it’s that good.Jan. 2023: It stopped working. I fully charged it, the light comes on but the motor doesn’t start. I truly believe it’s something faulty so I reached out to the seller and they sent me a replacement. Their customer service is quick to respond and very easy to work with. I will DEFINITELY buy these as gifts for friends.
