I just got this wheel and it works great. It has a bushing that sticks out a bit from the 2" width but is still compatible with my 72x2 grinder. This is an important point as units out there lacking such bushings put too much axial stress on the bearings causing them to fail prematurely. In the design for this wheel I have no such concerns as the mounting bolt can be tightened without adding stress on the bearings (the bushing carries all the compressive force).I am not 100% sure how well balanced the unit is. It seems to have a bit of a rattle or tolerance issue which diminishes at higher RPM's. I have done a bit of grinding with it so far, and had no problems at high speeds. The ribbed design also seems to keep the contact to the knife cooler as I'm not seeing hot spots on the blade edge.
