The flange of the bottom of the shredder was of very poor quality and did not fit properly so I was not able to make a secure grip on worktop. I would have returned it but felt return to manufacturer in China would have cost far more in postage that the cost of the item. It will make me consider very carefully ordering from Amazon again where goods are dispatched directly from manufacturer and there is no way to have an item returned via Amazon delivery service
