This thing is crap, I thought because I paid as much as I did for it that it would be a fairly decently sized item. It only fits an ounce or two of nuts at a time and it didn't even grind the nuts properly. Plus I can't even send the damn thing back because the box fell apart when I opened it. Zero out of five stars. I know I have one star on there but it won't let me post it with zero stars.Unfortunately it has a European plug. I haven't been able to use it yet :-(DO NOT BUY!!First off, this product took almost 3 months to get to me when it should taken less than 2 months according to the info when I originally made the purchase. Then when it FINALLY came in, we followed the instructions and it barely made anything before it started to overheat and make visible steam/smoke.The idea/concept is nice enough, but the only way to make this unit to work well enough is to buy crushed peanuts that are almost done into a powder, and at that point you should have to only add a little bit of water instead running it through this crappy grinder.Its cheaply made, took like 3 months to arrive and didn't work at all! we didn't get any instructions so had to follow a youtube video and not even with that we could make it work. It says to add oil but just makes the mixture super liquid and oily. We ended up buying a Vitamix with the tall cup to make nut butters and we haven't look backThis product does not work. The grinder is not grinding the peanuts. It smokes and smells awful while turned on. Makes a high pitch sound like the grinder does not work at all. And the chute cap does not stay on. I don’t know if we got a defective machine or if this product is just cheap plastic? Need a refund!!Waste of money. It also took a long time to receive it. I pre-grinded almonds before putting in this butter maker and followed instructions to the letter. The item jammed, put out about a teaspoon of almond butter and didn't work anymore. Was difficult to clean. Probably the worst purchase I have made on Amazon.Don’t buy it,you will lose your money ?Purely trash it’s a kids toy ????
