I have used the same blade grinder for decades, whether for an automatic drip or French press. After grinding the beans, I have always rattled the grinder on the counter and firmly tapped the grinder base to expel the fresh grounds. Some grounds inevitably catch in the angles of the grinder. With a quick swipe of my finger and a few more taps on the grinder, it is nearly clean. My recent purchase of the coffee grinder cleaning brush has elevated my process to a new standard. I still rattle and tap the grinder, but now I calmly brush the contents into my French press until the last vestiges are completely removed and in the press. This is an improvement of multiple levels. No leftovers to go stale. The grinder is shiny and clean. I need not immediately rinse my hand and dry it. It adds a fiddly bit to my routine that I quite enjoy wholly satisfied with the results.Great product, fast shippingMake cleaning the coffee grinder easy. Sturdy handle. Recommended to use with the grinder. The wooden handle is nice and does the job, but it's not the most robust, the bristles fall out here and there. Not the best thing trying to find the bristle among your ground coffee! Now I'm more careful when using it and it rarely happens. This is just what I was looking for to clean my coffee grinder. This brush does a much better job of cleaning my coffee grinder of coffee dust and fragments than the tinsy little brush that came with the machine. It greatly speeds up the job, too! I am pleased. We make our own blend and grind our beans pot by pot. This little brush serves faithfully to clear all out of my grinder each time.it serves its purpose, and for the price I don't have any major complaints except for the fact that it does shed it's fibers, especially the first few times you use itI was quite satisfied with this brush when it arrived, and still am to be fair. When I showed it to my wife, she smiled and pulling open the utility drawer, reached in and picked up an almost identical brush she uses for coating pastry .This is a good brush, well made and the bristles have all stayed in place while I've been cleaning my coffee grinder and the look of it is nice. However, you may want to search for "Pastry Brush" too and see if there are any cheaper but just as decent alternatives. I do see some items being priced a little higher as they are described as specialist items. That said, I do use this and it's good.Good quality and nice and simple way of cleaning coffee grounds and debris out of my grinder. Especially if you switch between grinding coffee beans, spices etc so you don’t cross-contaminate flavoursProduct hasn’t lasted a week. Minimal glue used to secure the brush fibres. All strands are falling outThis is a really good brush, but the bristles fall off, so best not to use it while packing ground coffee, as they'll be contaminated with the odd bristle.Good quality - no shedding of bristles. Works well in small "one-cup" grinder.
