I used this as soon as I received it. It was a perfect fit to my angle grinder and it cut through the wood like a hot knife through butter. It worked amazingly well. This will chew thru wood fast as beaver.Super fast. But you better be careful and safe when you use it because just a momentary slip will do a whole lot of damage.Cuts through wood better and faster than I could have imagined. But, it's dangerous and unforgiving. It is to be used on a 4 1/2 grinder which almost all of use with just one hand from time to time. We hold our work piece with one hand and cut or grind with the other. DON'T DO THAT WITH THIS BLADE!! I was lucky that the first time the blade unexpectedly violently grabbed the work piece and lunged forward I didn't lose my hand. This can cut your hand off in the blink of an eye. Lesson learned. SECURE YOUR PROJECT WOOD WITH CLAMPS OFR A VICE. USE TWO HANDS TO OPERATE YOUR GRINDER. This warning should be in florissant orange paint in giant font on the blade because everyone is comfortable with operating their 4 1/2 inch with one hand and holding a strait edge, project piece etc with the other. Don't. But, Tovia is not at fault that I am an idiot. That's on me. The blade works great but even with two hands be very careful.I like the fast straight cut using this blade. However, I feel it is very dangerous to use without the angle grinder guard. Make sure you practice safety first. I made probably a dozen cuts with my first go-round. Blade has no kick back. But I do fear that I may lose some sort of grip of angle grinder and may make a sudden reflex to grab the angle grinder -- this is a no go. If Angle grinder slips from your hand let go. You can always get another grinder. You can't get any more fingers. At the moment I put the blade back in the original package slip envelope in the tool shed where no moisture will get to it. I hope it does not rust or pit. On other issues, I believe this same blade can be used to do some wood carving. But to do so the angle grinder must have better handles. Or, using stainless gloves like the butchers use to carve beef and other goods.Fantastic cutting abilities. Use caution. This Tovia Saw Blade is the go to for removing lots of wood material in a short timeI would advise anybody using such a blade to keep a good grip on your angle grinderControl is essential because taking a deep cut, the blade tends to grab the wood & pull itself into the materialOtherwise, this is a great blade for the job it is designed forThanks, Amazon & the Seller for a great product at an affordable costDoes what it says. Very aggressive bite when woodcarving. Removes material really fast. Is a little hard to control depending on what ur doing with it. Overall though works better than greatfound it quite heavy to handleAn interesting tool to add to your woodworking kit.
