The product does not work well! It does NOT have enough power after being fully charged to grind the nails! But worse than that, they took days to answer me after requesting a refund, they wanted to give me a refund of (yes it was actually stated like this 20-40% refund) we ALL know if I would agree to just a vague statement the refund would be 20% and there is no way it would be 40% OR they would have stated exactly what the refund is. So that is pretty sketchy right there. When I declined that offer.... they have yet to send a return shipping label or answer me and it's been over a week! My guess straight out of China and certainly not a good product or company!
